PHONE SYSTEM CLOCK
At Extension 101(must be a display phone)

1. Press  PROGRAM , * ,  # , 1234
2. Enter 0 0 0 on keypad
3. Press the SPEAKER button TWICE (the display will show the current time)
4. Enter correct HOUR on keypad.  (Press the FWD/DND to advance to the minutes)
5. Enter correct MINUTES on keypad if minutes need to be changed.
6. Press the AUTO DIAL STORE button to save the new setting

VOICE MAIL CLOCK
At any extension

1. Press Intercom 165 # , 6 , * 999 (plus password if required) 6
2. Press Option 3
3. Follow prompts to change the time
